Location: This work will occur in Building 11 on the Redmond Campus and will affect the following locations:
Start
Time: Thursday, August 24,
10:00 PM PDT
Outage Duration: 1 Hour, Customers will experience a 15 minute service impact during this time.
Purpose: Voice mail system upgrade.
Impact: Users will be unable to access the following
services for the duration of this outage:
· Voice mail (retrieving messages)
This will not affect users’ ability to access
the following services for the duration of the
outage:

Files or folders on the corporate
network
·
Exchange public folders via
Outlook
·
E-mail and calendar
·
Corporate intranet
·
The Internet
·
DHCP
Services (Users won’t be able to log on if they aren’t already on the
network.)
·
RAS (via dial-up or
VPN)
·
Telephone use
·
Network printing
